Gaurav Jain | Head, Multifamily Analysis & Underwriting, joined VDB Groupe and VDB Asset Management in February, 2021.  He began his professional real estate career in 2015 with Luniya Realty before pursuing a post graduate degree in 2017. In April of 2018, Gaurav joined Derive Capital Advisors before joining VDB. Both Luniya and Derive had property investment portfolios and Mr. Jain was responsible for analyzing and modeling the individual investments, acquisitions, and portfolios. Earlier in his career, he had an Internship with the Royal Bank of Scotland (“RBS”) in Mumbai after graduating from Mumbai University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Markets and earned his MBA in Finance at California Lutheran University in 2017 between his employment with Luniya Realty and Derive Capital Advisors.
