Devang Chande | Head, Hospitality Operations, began his real estate management career in a Marriott Courtyard Hotel as an Assistant General Manager and ultimately grew to overseeing a portfolio of branded hospitality properties such as Quality Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn & Conference Center, Days Inn, LaQuinta Inn & Suites, and Candlewood Suites for a private hospitality investment firm.  Earlier in his career, he received a myriad of certifications across the hospitality sector and accumulated invaluable experience as an on-site General Manager as well as an Asset Manager.   Mr. Chande has developed and executed business plans and initiated programs and processes designed to streamline operations, bring efficiencies and most importantly, increase sales and recurring revenues without sacrificing customer service and its relationship with the client.   He earned his undergraduate degree in Biology and thereafter his Doctor of Optometry Degree and spent his post graduate years in Optometry before gravitating to the real estate investment sector and more specifically, the hospitality property investment sector.
