Mohamed Altawash, Senior Advisor

Mohamed Altawash is a distinguished entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist with over two decades of experience in real estate, private equity, and venture capital across the Gulf region, Europe, and the United States. Known for his strategic vision and leadership, he has played a key role in taking multiple companies public, including the founding of TAMEER (now Inovest), the first real estate firm to list on both the Bahrain and Kuwait Stock Exchanges.
 

He later founded RealCAPITA, expanding his regional presence in real estate, and launched Corporate Hub CH9, a pioneering technology and business incubator. Mohamed also advises leading firms such as AlHokair Group—guiding its successful IPO and market listing—and holds international roles with WMG Advisors LLP in the UK and MIF via Iris Capital, one of the Gulf's first CBB-regulated venture capital platforms.
 

Currently based in Riyadh, he serves in a senior leadership role at Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), focusing on domestic investment strategies. A graduate in Civil Engineering from the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Mohamed is also an avid endurance athlete, having completed multiple triathlons and Ironman competitions.
