Colin B. Strong, Head, Multifamily Property and Asset Management Operations began his professional real estate career in 1995 beginning with multifamily investment firm TVO Realty Partners and later joined firms Walden Residential; the Archon Group, a Goldman Sachs affiliate; JPI Partners, the multifamily developer; The Milestone Group; and Waypoint Residential in senior positions before joining VDB in the Fall of 2021 to directly oversee their multifamily property and asset management platform.  Colin’s management experience is national in scope also includes responsibilities with a public multifamily company (Walden, the REIT) and Student Housing investor and developer (JPI). Colin, a native of Sherman, Texas received his B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University (“SMU”) and earned his MBA from the University of South Carolina.  Colin was a 4 year Track & Field Athlete at SMU and a member of the National Championship Team in 1986.
