Gary Allen brings more than 40 years of experience creating real estate value through investment strategy, operational execution, and technology innovation.
He founded Real Capital Markets (RCM1), one of the first digital platforms to merge commercial real estate marketing and transactions. During his tenure, he completed more than 15,000 deals totaling over $500 billion. Today, RCM® has executed more than 72,000 assignments representing $2.4 trillion in CRE transactions, with over half of all U.S. commercial assets above $10 million brought to market annually through its online marketplace.

As Managing Director of Real Capital Advisors, Gary has led the capitalization, acquisition, disposition, and repositioning of multifamily and mixed-use assets, consistently delivering strong investor returns.

He has served in senior operational and board roles across multiple public and private companies and is the State Chair for The State Funeral for World War II Veterans, honoring the last surviving Medal of Honor recipient from the war. A U.S. Navy veteran,
Gary earned his B.B.A. in Real Estate and Finance from Southern Methodist University.
