David Vandenburg is CEO and Chief Investment Officer of VDB Asset Management. Based in Chicago, he leads the firm's market and property investment strategies and its multifamily acquisition and disposition activity.
Experience and background
Under David's direction, the various partnerships have acquired more than 30,000 multifamily units. He has served as general partner or managing member for more than forty real estate investment partnerships involving more than 50 multifamily properties.
David is a principal shareholder of VDB Groupe and has been headquartered in Chicago since 1991. He holds a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from Southern Methodist University. At VDB Asset Management he works alongside Wayne Vandenburg, Chairman, and Gary Allen, President and Chief Operating Officer.
