Wayne Vandenburg, Chairman of VDB Asset Management
Wayne Vandenburg is Chairman of VDB Asset Management and Director of Capital Markets and Investor Relations. As an original founding partner of VDB Groupe, he leads strategic planning and the firm's relationships with institutional partners.
Experience and background
Wayne launched his real estate career in 1978 and has since earned a distinguished reputation as a principal, manager, investor, developer and innovator. He structures and negotiates alliances with institutional partners and cultivates new venture relationships across the United States and internationally.
He attended the University of New Mexico and later served on the athletic staffs of both UNM and UTEP. His past board service includes NMHC, ULI's Multifamily Blue Council, MBAA, PREA, the Real Estate Roundtable and the Board of Directors Emeritus of the USA Track and Field Foundation.
